Most orders are shipped 1-3 business days after our receipt of the order. The lead time for custom orders is a determined on a case-by-case basis.
We ship via USPS United States Postal Service.
If you're interested in an international shipment, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange it.
If you're not satisfied with the items you order, you may request return authorization by sending us an e-mail including the specific reason for the return. We're happy to exchange your returned item for another of the same type or dollar value. The cost of shipping the item back to us will be your responsibility. There will be no charge for shipping the replacement item to you.
